– I applied to ProgressLEAD because I wanted to widen my profile and I found an assignment that was both suitable and challenging for me. I reached out to a colleague in Malmö who is an expert in BI to work on the sales pitch for the assignment at a global retail and fashion company and it worked! I am now the link between the business controller organization and IT and I manage the development of BI solutions. We currently work with the role out of new functions that are going to work for all new users on existing markets as soon as it launches. I work close with IT which means that I get to learn several technical parts of this growing organization. It is very interesting to see how everything works through efficient BI solutions and that our work leads to a positive user experience.
