A new client for ProgressLEAD and a new assignment for Pelle Engstedt!
ABB Sweden is a new client for ProgressLEAD in the Stockholm region, which can lead to new relationships and collaborations in the future.
—I work as a project manager for the launch of easyProcurement, which is a web portal for indirect purchase integrated with the most important websites from the suppliers and internal integration with SAP. The main focus is coordinating the set-up and ensuring functionality, launch tools for different units within ABB, convince stakeholders to use this channel instead of others, educate users and buyers and follow up the usage and work with change management. The project is also closely connected to ABB’s strategical initiative: “No PO (Purchase Order) No Pay”. This means that all purchases must precede with a correct purchase order that is referred to on the invoice from the supplier, otherwise the invoice is not payed. – Pelle Engstedt, ProgressLEAD Stockholm
