Application Consultant
We are currently looking for an Application Consultant with experience from running successful implementation and transformation projects. ProgressLEAD is an independent consultant company working with several global Project Portfolio Management Software companies.
As part of our business we advise and implement modern Project Portfolio Management tools for local and international corporate clients. As our new Application Consultant you’ll join our team at ProgressLEAD and our business unit ProgressPLAN.

What we are looking for
As an Application Consultant, we expect you…
-to be a team player and collaborate with the implementation team
-to use your communication skills for excellent stakeholder management
-to take responsibility for planning and executing activities and that the result is according to expectations
-exercise your learning and problem solving mindset every day
Your responsibilities will include supporting upcoming and ongoing implementation projects with:
-deployment activities
-configuration of applications (no code)
-requirement collection
-create, develop, and oversee protocol and procedure for usage once standards have been established for an application or application role/process
-test and acceptance test activities
-tech support and troubleshooting problems
-oversee training programs and attached documentation to educate users with the implementation or operation of their new application
-support the Sales and Marketing team with updated information and material related to the applications
We believe that you
-hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field
-are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral.
-have knowledge about traditional and agile project management methodologies
-have experience from working project portfolio applications

-have a sound understanding of software implementation
-are confident when training clients
