ProgressLEAD welcomes Daniel Pletikos, PMP to our team 

Daniel has more than 20 years of experience in leading teams and organizations in international settings with a focus on delivering customer and business value. He uses adaptive leadership and follows the mantra of ”people first” and ”we’ll get there together”, while ensuring a safe, caring, creative and developing/learning environment.

His background includes strategic portfolio guidance, operational execution, and tactical alignment, through roles as System Developer, Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager and Director PMO. 

Well versed in multiple delivery, project steering and production models, he has a solid understanding of the do’s and don’ts of software delivery. Whether using traditional waterfall or the agile framework. Daniel is also a certified Scrum Master and Project Management Professional (PMP).

In addition to being of an analytical mindset, Daniel is curious, dedicated, engaged, and enjoys being midst people, organizations, products, and the guiding structures that define ways of working.
